Terms & Conditions
For Newtown to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.
- Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed.

- Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
- It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect, Newtown Art Supplies will not refund your payment. Should you wish to re-send the package, you will incur an additional delivery charge.
- Newtown Art Supplies cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it.
- Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on the Newtown Art Supplies website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
- We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, images and pricing. In the interest of product development, some product features may be improved and hence vary slightly.
- The colours you see on your screen may not be an accurate reproduction of the actual product. Contrast and colour ratios vary from monitor to monitor, thus screen images are intended only as a guide.
- We cannot exchange or accept refunds for paint products once shipped.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are charged in Australian dollars.
- Even though we frequently update currency conversion rates on the website, international currency conversion calculations should be used as a guide only. The final conversion rate is determined by your payment gateway provider. (Mastercard, Visacard, Paypal, etc)
- Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to confirm a scheduled delivery date. Newtown Art Supplies does not warrant that a product is available or suitable for your purposes and by accessing this website you agree that Newtown Art Supplies will not be liable for any product that is not available or not suitable for your purposes or individual needs.
- Any Order over $120 excluding GST is eligible for free standard shipping (Australia Post - Parcel Post) to all Australian States with the exception of 'Big and Bulky' items and items designated as 'Dangerous goods'.
- These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Newtown Art supplies (the website) and the purchase of any goods from it. The website is owned and operated by Scan Pacific International Pty Ltd.
- Please note that by accessing, using or browsing this website you agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability (“Terms and Conditions”). Newtown Art supplies reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- If you purchase goods from Newtown Art supplies, we require you to provide your name, address, email address, credit card number or other details (“customer information”).
You agree to provide Newtown Art supplies with current, complete and accurate customer information when asked to do so by the website or an employee of Newtown Art supplies.
- It is a violation of the law to place orders under a false name or with a fraudulently obtained credit card. Fraudulent ordering will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.
Shipping Saver and Shipping Saver Plus
A. Subscription Cancellation
You are eligible for a full refund if you have not placed any Shipping Saver or Shipping Saver Plus (coollectively named in these terms as ‘Shipping Saver’) eligible orders through your NewtownArtSupplies.com.au account tied to the Shipping Saver subscription. You also are eligible for a full refund if you contact Customer Support within five (5) business days of the start date of your Shipping Saver subscription, regardless of use. You cannot receive a refund if you cancel more than five (5) business days after the start of your subscription and you have placed a Shipping Saver eligible order. In this case, Newtown Art Supplies Customer Support will remove your account from Auto Renew to ensure you are not charged for an additional year and you can continue to use the subscription until the end of your subscription term.

B. Auto - Renewal
Following the term of your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional one year term unless you notify Newtown Art Supplies of your desire to cancel your subscription by following the subscription cancellation process described in section a, above. Newtown Art Supplies will send you notice of your auto-renewal date by which you can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription.
C. Shipping Saver Benefits and Eligible Purchases
Newtown Art Supplies Shipping Saver benefits are dependent upon inventory availability, order cutoff times and in some cases, the shipping address. Shipping Saver eligible orders are limited to certain products. We may also exclude products with special shipping characteristics at our discretion. The Shipping Saver FAQ pages provide information about eligible items, shipping cost, shipping speed and shipping destinations.
D. Other Limitations
• We reserve the right to accept or refuse Shipping Saver subscriptions at our discretion.
• You may not transfer or assign your Shipping Saver subscription or any Shipping Saver benefits.
• Shipping Saver members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Shipping Saver benefits.
• From time to time, Newtownartsupplies.com.au may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Shipping Saver subscription benefits.
• If a promotional free trial of Shipping Saver is offered, it is limited to one free trial per customer.
E. Fees and Renewal
The annual subscription fee for Shipping Saver is stated in the Shipping Saver section of our FAQ pages. From time to time, we may offer different subscription terms and the fees for such subscription may vary. The Shipping Saver subscription fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Goods and Services (gst) taxes apply to the Shipping Saver subscription fee.
Credit cards and Paypal, can be used to pay for your Shipping Saver subscription.
If the credit card we have on file for you that was used to pay for your latest subscription are declined for payment of your subscription fee, you must provide us a new card promptly or your subscription will be cancelled. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
Unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or do not want to auto renew, you understand that your Shipping Saver subscription will automatically continue and you authorise us (without notice to you, unless required by new south wales law to collect the then-applicable subscription fee and any taxes, using any credit or debit card we have on record for you.
F. Agreement Changes
We may at our discretion change these Shipping Saver Terms, or any aspect of Shipping Saver subscription that is not material, without notice to you. You will be provided with notice of any material changes to the Shipping Saver Terms and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your subscription prior to the time any material changes are effective with respect to your subscription. If any change to these Shipping Saver Terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions.
Your continued subscription after we change these shipping saver terms constitutes your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your subscription.
G. Termination by Us
We may terminate your Shipping Saver subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a full refund. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, at our discretion, violates these Shipping Saver Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Shipping Pass subscription or is harmful to our interests or another user.
H. Limitation of Liability
