SPI Tough Bars

Known as the optimum bar for its strength, SPI Tough Bar Stretcher Bars are made from the best European re re-
forest, timber, klin dried and knot knot-free pine. The Bar has been finger spliced. Finger Splicing is a method of bonding
pieces of lumber together to form a very long, straight bar, that actually makes it a stronger setting for your canvas.

Each Bar’s profile has a 1/3” rise to prevent sagging, and each Bar is slightly rounded at the top edge, which is ideal
for accommodating various canvas and linen weights.

SPI Tough Bars are for use with SPI Bracing only.
