Mabef Folding Easels

There are four models of oiled beech folding easels which are easy to handle and fold up, lightweight, and yet very stable. They are suitable for oil or watercolour painting indoors and outdoors. Being particularly lightweight, they can also be used in window displays. They can be used with canvasses from cm. 0-110 to cm. 0-200 in height.

Mabef Lyre Easels

Lyre easels are all made of oiled beech. Their slim, elegant shape makes them perfectly suited for use in windows displays. The "Harlequin" version, a variant of model M/20D, comes in three different colours. Easy to handle, these don't take up much room; they are used indoors with canvasses from cm. 120 to cm. 0-135.

Mabef Sketch Box Easels

This range consists of three oil beech models which permit the artist to keep everything needed for painting inside the easel. They are ideal for oil or water-colour painting indoors or outdoors, are highly functional and very stable. They can be used with canvasses from 0-77 to 0-87 in height.

Mabef Studio Easels

This range includes eleven models, ten made of oiled beech and one made of walnut-lacquered beech. Studio easels are very solid and stable and are meant for indoor use, especially by professionals; they are often used as supports in art galleries and museums. Very large canvasses can be used on the models in this range: from cm. 0-116 to cm. 0-235 in height.

Mabef Table Easels

This range includes six models made of oiled beech; two of them, are miniature versions, M/16 and M/21, specially designed for displaying small paintings, prints or portraits on tabletops. Models M/14 and M/17 can also be used for painting on canvasses cm. 0-60 in height.
